Flavors of life is the series of poems written by me.. depicting various flavors that make life as tasty as it is!

Hope

When songs of heart become difficult to hold,
I'm there with hands unfold.

When misty eyes get dreary with night's darkness thrown,
I am still there in those misty drops unflown.

When facts are flagrant to the mind's eye,
I still hide behind the lights without being shy.

When heart aches for its part in thrall,
Though shattered I deny to fall.

When breaths are counted as god calls,
Despite helpless I glow like a flame though very small.

Like that tree in the autumn season,
With misty eyes and mere breaths taken,
Hazy minds and sunken heart beaten,
It stands for me awaiting the florid season.

Ever wondered who I am, I am the reason for you being alive,
I made you learn in life how to cope, I'm……… the Hope.

Hope is there with hands unfold.
